If there has been a theme to Christmas at my house this year it is Half Baked Harvest. I've tried so many of her recipes and every single one is pure perfection... think rustic... no fuss... pops of unexpected flavor.. and plating to die for. You'll see when you visit her site that my attempt doesn't even begin to do the dish justice. I'm sure you will be seeing more of her recipes here because i just can't get enough.
Notes:
I went with 2/3 of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in the marinade & sauce and it had the perfect amount of heat
The leftovers are so yummy, so make sure you make enough rice for the next day too
I made the entire naan recipe, but froze half of it after the rise to save for next time (each piece of naan is big and the recipe makes 8 - four was plenty for the first night and for the leftovers)
This is really the perfect dish for a cold night winter in New England!
